Prayers will be held on Wednesday, 15 May 2019 at 12noon at residence 25, Jalan Desa Mewah 8, Taman Desa Mewah, Semenyih, 43500 Selangor.
Cortege will leave at 2pm for cremation at Cheras Crematorium, Batu 21/2, Jalan Kuari Cheras.
