Renowned Jazz Musician, beloved husband and father, grandfather, brother, friend and Bro 

passed away peacefully on Wednesday 6th February 2019. 

He will forever be missed and loved by;

Wake service will be at No. 14, Lorong 12/17B, 46200, Petaling Jaya at 8pm. Cortege will leave from the same venue on Saturday, 9th February 2019 at 10.15am for service at St Ignatius Church, Petaling Jaya at 11.15am. 

Cremation is at MPPJ Public Crematorium, Kampung Tunku.
