The cortege will leave 4F, Crescent Court, Brickfields,
Kuala Lumpur. at 1.30pm for. Our Lady of Fatima Church Brickfields on 23rd January 2019 for funeral mass at 2.30pm and then for burial at the Subang Lutheran Garden Cametery.
He leaves behind:-
- Son - Gerald Samuel and wife Suzanne Yeoh
Daughter - Sharon Samuel and
husband Terence Philips
- Grandchildren - Matthew Alexander Philips and
Adam Nathaniel Philips.
And a host of siblings, families and friends.
