The wake will be held at Saint Francis Xavier Church, 135, Jalan Gasing, Seksyen 10, 46000 Petaling Jaya, Selangor on 13 June 2018 (Wednesday) and 14 June 2018 (Thursday) from Noon to 10.00 pm.

Funeral Mass will be at 9.00am, 15 June 2018 (Friday), at the same venue. Thereafter, cortege will be leave for cremation at MBPJ Crematorium, Jalan 229, Section 51A, Kg Tunku, PJ
