Wake service will be held on the 9th June 2018, at 

Nirvana Memorial Center No. 1, Jalan 1/116A off Jalan Sungai Besi, 

Kuala Lumpur, at 8pm. Funeral service on the 10th June 2018,

at 9.30am. 

Cortege leaves for cremation to Nirvana Shah Alam, Section 21, 

40300 Shah Alam after the funeral service.
