We watched you sinking
We watched you fade away
A golden heart stopped beating
We know you could not stay.
God put His arms around you and whispered,
“Come to Me, this, this a promotion to Glory.”
Our lips cannot speak how we loved you
Our hearts cannot tell what to say
But God only knows how we miss you
In our home that is lonelier by the day.
