Dato Dr Khairullah was one of the giants of Malaysian Urology. He was the Head of the Department of Urology, Institute of Urology & Nephrology, Hospital Kuala Lumpur from 1985 to 2000.
He was an exceptionally gifted Urological Surgeon who trained many Malaysian Urologists. He opened the door to many Urology trainees and laid the foundation for formal Urology specialist training in Malaysia. Many of us would fondly remember him as “BOSS” for his guidance and teaching, helping us to embark and excel in on our own careers in urology.
