passed away peacefully on the 27 June 2017 

at the age of 85

 

The family would like to thank Dr Chew Thian Fook of KPJ Seremban Specialist Hospital and his staff for their invaluable assistance.

 

He was a great Husband and Father and there are no adequate words to describe the loss.

and a host of Nephews, Nieces, Grand Nephews, Grand Nieces, Extended Family, Beloved Patients, Fraternal Brothers and Beloved Friends.

The Wake will take place on 27, 28 and 29 of June 2017 at the family home at 311 Rambethem, KM 4 Jalan Pantai, 71050 Port Dickson , Negeri Sembilan from 3pm to 11pm and funeral will be held at the same address on the 30 June from 10am to 11.45am. The Cortège leaves the residence at 11.45am for burial at Nirvana Memorial Garden at Semenyih.
