She came into our lives like a bright spark of light and laughter on the 26th of July 1980. Our Anita, beautiful from the inside and out, brave, caring, funny and ever inspirational, was always a loving daughter, loyal and supportive wife and mother, and the best sister one could wish for.

Life is fleeting. Our time with Anita came to a peaceful end on Monday, 29th of May 2017 at 9:16am, a very auspicious day in the Hindu calendar. She was surrounded by all her loved ones, family, relatives and friends. We will miss her and we will carry her in our hearts forever.

Anita leaves behind her darling ‘Daya’ – her Husband Mr Tayalan Patmanathan. Her little girl and apple of her eye, Trisha Tayalan.

Anita brought much love to all the lives she touched, including that of her uncles, aunties, cousins, relatives and her many friends.

Anita’s funeral will be held on Tuesday, the 30th of May 2017. Cortege leaves No 4. Jalan 5/10B Petaling Jaya, 46000 Selangor to the Hindu Crematorium, Kampung Tunku at 11:00 am.
