To all family and friends, cortage leaves from home at A-2-2 Kinrara Court, Taman Kinrara Seksyen 1, Jalan Puchong Batu 7, Selangor for funeral mass to be held on Friday, 13 January 2017, at 3.30pm at Church of Our Lady of Guadalupe Lot 8437, Jalan Industri PBP 1/2, Taman Industri Pusat Bandar Puchong, Selangor Darul Ehsan. Followed by cremation at MPSJ Crematorium at Batu 14, Puchong.
