Friday, 11 Feb 2022 at 1pm and thence cortege leaves for cremation at Paradise Memorial Park.

On the 9th of February, the wisest, smartest and most knowledgeable man I know has departed us and is in a better and safe place. Up to his last breath, he was a man who will be remembered as a treasure trove of wisdom and knowledge
ever so ready to impart upon every one of his children and grandchildren. Aside from the sadness and grief felt upon his
departure, I, more than anything, feel proud to be his grandson, and to be able to learn so much from such a man.
The most important lesson we’ve learned, child and grandchild was that,

‘WHAT MAKES A MAN IS NOT HIS STATUS OR EDUCATION, BUT RATHER THE ABILILTY TO DISTINGUISH BETWEEN RIGHT AND WRONG, TO LIVE WITH DIGNITY & INTEGRITY.’

Everyone has shown so much kindness and love this past week which shows the impact he has on so many individuals,
and as a family, we can only say thank you so much for loving him as much as we do. I believe that this is not a goodbye
but instead, a see you later as he watches over us from above and sees the amazing people we have and will become.

To the head of the Ong Family, we will always love you. God bless Ah Kong.
