Ten years today,
Since we said our last goodbye,
Yet our love for you remains unchanged,
As the days go drifting by.
Often do we reminisce,
About memories that still make us smile,
Always do we wish we had you back,
If only for awhile.
And with each passing day,
We are further from when we parted,
Yet, we know we are one day closer,
To the day we are reunited.
But for now, we find some peace
Knowing you walk in Jesus’ domain.
So, we will hold you tightly in our hearts,
And by His grace, we shall meet again.
Deeply missed and forever cherished by his loved ones.
